passive.sebastine is a personal content pipeline built and operated by a single developer (Sebastine Nnanemere) to produce and publish his own educational video content (IT security certification exam topics) to his own YouTube and TikTok accounts. It is not a public app, service, or product offered to other users.

What data this app accesses

This app uses the YouTube Data API and TikTok Content Posting API solely to publish videos the developer has personally created to accounts the developer personally owns and controls. It does not act on behalf of, or access data belonging to, any other person or account.

Specifically, it accesses and stores:

• OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by YouTube/Google and TikTok, authorizing this app to upload video content to the developer's own channel/account.
• The account identifier (e.g. TikTok's open_id) associated with those tokens.
• The video files, titles, and descriptions the app itself generates and uploads - all originally created by the developer through this same pipeline.

What this app does not do

• It does not collect, process, or store any data about viewers, followers, or any third party.
• It does not share, sell, or transmit any data to any third party or service other than the platforms (YouTube, TikTok) the data is being published to.
• It does not use any collected data for advertising, analytics, or profiling.
• It does not access any account other than the developer's own.

Where data is stored

All credentials and content are stored on a private server controlled solely by the developer, with restricted file permissions. Nothing is stored in any third-party cloud service, database, or analytics platform outside of what YouTube/TikTok require to operate their own APIs.

Data retention and deletion

Access/refresh tokens are retained until the developer manually revokes this app's access (via YouTube/TikTok account settings) or deletes the locally stored credential files. Video files are retained locally until manually deleted by the developer. No automatic retention period applies since no third party's data is involved.

Your rights

Since this app only ever operates on the developer's own accounts and content, there is no separate end-user data subject. The developer, as the sole subject of any stored data, can revoke access or delete all stored data at any time.
